Hi there!

I’m Ess

The proud owner of HFD Studio. I’m a natural creative, homeschooler, wife to a very lucky guy, ADHDer...wait, what was I saying?...Oh, yeah...loyal friend, movie lover, womanist, maker, baker, homebody, kitchen dancer, deep thinker…

Creator & Maker

Jewelry Making

I love to work with metals, copper is my favorite. Hand stamping jewelry is one of my favorite pass times.

Almost nothing is quite as thrilling as taking an abstract thought and creating something out of thin air.

what hf digital studio means to me

HF (which I like to think of as High Frequency or Helping you Flourish, but it really stands for Hannah Faye, which is a nod to my Grammy and Nana).

This space carries legacy, intention, and love — rooted in the women who came before me and the life I’m building now.

It took lots of courage but

But I’m taking a leap by putting myself “out there” and showing my work.

I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 16. It started with me working in a hair salon as a shampoo girl, then I transitioned into being a stylist, doing hair out of my mom’s house, then my college dorm. My next adventure was in my kitchen, whipping up body butters, combining and scenting oils, and making lavish bar soaps. Back then, it was simple. There was no fear. I just “did”, I didn’t worry about whether I was qualified, or certified. Somewhere between being a careless teen and a wife and mom, I learned to fear. Fear of being judged, fear of not being good enough. At some point, I had to get over the fear, or at least fear, and do “it” anyway. That’s where I currently stand. Part of me is still a bit fearful, but I do it anyways. Pressing publish is so liberating. I make it, I share it, and I relish in it.

My Approach to Organization

These tools were born from my own neurodivergent experience.

I’ve always loved the idea of organization — but many beautifully designed systems left me feeling overwhelmed before I ever started. When everything is optimized for every part of life, my brain tends to shut down instead of open up.

So I design tools that are gentle by design.
Minimalist layouts. Smaller steps. Plenty of breathing room.

While anyone is welcome to use them, my digital planners and organizational tools are intentionally designed with ADHD and neurodivergent minds in mind — honoring the need for simplicity, flexibility, and ease. Organization doesn’t have to be loud or rigid to be effective. It can be soft. It can be supportive. It can feel like relief.

A Personal Message

At the heart of my journey is a deep desire to help others achieve clarity and ease. I believe digital organization systems can simplify daily life, create mental space, and support overall well-being — especially when they’re designed with care.

Professionally, I’ve dedicated countless hours to creating digital organizational tools that empower creatives, entrepreneurs, students, and families to take control of their lives — without burning out.

Whether it’s planning schedules, journaling thoughts, tracking habits, or organizing memories, I’ve seen how thoughtful systems can transform not just productivity, but peace of mind.

I’m here to help you build routines that feel supportive, not suffocating.
Gentle. Intentional. Made with good intentions and a lot of love.
